PARKING

They do not guarantee their residence parking. If you have four cars in an apartment, they do not have to guarantee all four of you a parking spot. They are getting your car towed away and you have to pay $300 to get it back because they don’t know how to manage their parking lot. So over these apartments do not be fooled by the ponds

Do not rent here!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Stewarts Ferry Apartments looks great from the outside, but is a rotten apple on the inside. They did not fix our cockroach infestation, but instead kept spraying everywhere in the apartment to keep them out of sight. The building I lived in was old, and my water bill was always above $100 per month. And electricity was always high too. My renters insurance is half the amount since I moved, their old buildings being high risk. Their staff is unhelpful, maintenance calls are… always a hassle, repair technicians are underprepared and incompetent due to lack of management, and fixes are never timely, if they even happen at all; most cases the repair request is marked “finished” when nothing was done in my unit. Finally, there is a sneaky carpet cleaning obligation you have to pay out of pocket before ending your lease term. DO NOT RENT FROM STEWARTS FERRY.

Maintenance does nothing

Paying for amenities we barely get to use. The second bathroom shower has never worked, always cold, no worling vent. The downstairs bathroom barely has light (1/3 works), the toilet seat is broken. We pay for pest control yet have a new infestation weekly. And maintenance opened a whole in the wall in the upstairs bathroom saying it was for the water heater, never closed it, and now bugs keep crawling in from there. And the key they give you barely opens your door.

This is where you want to get your start.

I lived here for about 2 years. When I tell you that this is the most professional leasing office I've ever dealt with, I mean it. They are kind, Veteran-friendly and actually get to know you. The apartments are nice, the swimming pools are plentiful and the gym is one of the best I've ever seen at an apartment complex. Give them a try. You will be very well pleased.

I love living here. It’s so quiet and my apartment is comfy and cozy. I feel safe coming home at any time. I love the gym and the fact we have one pool open all year round. The office staff are so helpful. If I had to complain it would be that maintenance takes a little long to fix things but they are not emergencies.
