Poor Management and Repeated HVAC Issues
I’ve lived in this building for three years. The first two years were fine, but the past year has been incredibly disappointing. In that time, the building has gone through four different apartment managers and there have been stretches of months where there is no manager at all.
On top of that, the building has had repeated HVAC issues over the past year. The heating and air in my apartment has stopped working three times in the past year and each time it has stayed down for weeks, with... temperatures in my apartment getting above 80 degrees or below 60 degrees. During these periods, there has been little to no communication from management about what is happening or when repairs will be completed. Currently, the air conditioning has been out for over two weeks and there has not been a single update from management despite multiple maintenance requests and emails, all of which have gone unanswered.
Overall, the building is poorly run, and the lack of communication from management has been a consistent issue.
