The Place is a place not THE PLACE
I would not recommend living at The Place. You pay way too much money for amenities that are constantly broken, unavailable, or being replaced. For the amount residents are charged, there is no excuse for how often things don’t work.
The building is also incredibly noisy, and many residents have zero consideration for the people living around them. Management is basically nonexistent when you actually need them or have a legitimate issue.
Do not blindly trust the promotions or promises you’re... given before signing a lease. In my experience, what was advertised and what was actually delivered were not the same. If you want to know what it’s really like living here, talk to the actual residents before you sign anything. The leasing agents will sell you a fantasy to get you to sign a lease, but the reality of living here is very different.
The Place charges luxury prices without providing a luxury experience. Overpriced, poorly managed, and frustrating to live in. Save your money and look somewhere else

Best property in Nashville!
We love living at fifth and Broadway. The management and staff at this building provide exceptional service. They are always responsive and professional.They consistently go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable. We are so happy to call fifth or Broadway our home.

Nightmare Management
This review speaks to the professionalism of the management behind this The Place at Fifth and Broadway. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They take months to resolve simple problems. I do not recommend that anyone who is looking to rent to live with them. They are also located at one of the busiest intersections in all of Nashville so noise, tourists, etc. Good luck with that.

Overall the price isn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t unkept and there really isn’t any “fair housing coat” it changes all the time and someone in the same unit as you could be paying $500 more or less.
