Severely mismanaged. I got screamed at by the regional manager because after letting them talk they decided it was polite to continuously interrupt me, which I would not tolerate. That levelnofnorefesssionalism runs all through this place. The whole reason I was meeting with the regional manager was because I had spent 9 maintenance requests and 6 months trying to get a functional washer and dryer in place like I was living in a slum. Dog waste is everywhere and the management seems to not only... have no clue how to stop it but also is unwilling to change anything. If you like hunting for you packages in a mail room every time because they also lack the ability to set up a proper mailroom then, place is for you. It’s so bad that packages constantly get left outside because of overflow, overflow caused by disorganization. I could go on, but unless your other option is homelessness I would pass.
