Maintenance is generally quick to respond to requests. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both dog park areas are great but could use a little more maintenance attention sometimes.

Have lived here for years and would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable apartment in a great part of town. Location is the best perk, with so many walkable stores, restaurants and more. The building doesn’t offer the same amenities as other buildings in the area, but the price makes up for it.

This is a great place to live. Deja is wonderful and very responsive. The location is ideal. Close to work for me, the shopping mall and plenty of great restaurants.

We have been residents for two years and enjoy living here and thus renewed our lease for another year.
Our only complaint is the management does not keep the garage clean. The leaves and trash need to be blown out weekly. We continually track these leaves into our cars and into the elevator and halls. A messy garage can be a turn off for a potential new resident.
