Looking for an apartment is stressful. Moving is more stressful. Pretty much the whole idea of finding a new place to live and exist is STRESSFUL... BUT! When searching for a new place to call home the best advice I could give fellow transients is to rent or buy something you''ll love! Now I know that may sound cheesy and it is but if I can offer any support to this theory it's that it is a whole lot easier to pay for something you love.

I found the condo of my dreams about 2 months ago when I... moved to Germantown located in Nashville, TN. I had always dreamed of exposed brick walls, to-the-clouds ceilings, and 18th Century hardwood floors... not to mention all the smells of history that go with it; and living on my own for the first time I wasn't going to settle for any less. Werthan Packaging Inc. hit every mark! A totally-restored packaging factory turned into one of a kind condominiums, this set of buildings stole my heart. As I walked into my old... and new 700 sf 1 bedroom 1 bathroom I instantly began decorating it in my mind. With spacious walls to finally display a vintage American flag (a prized possession), and room to purchase a very-expensive Chesterfield sofa, my dream loft came to life with a sort of Rustic / Classic / Western / Urban Chic style (Pinterest Approved). Steps down the hall from green space for my dog, a left turn to one pool and a right to the other (which has a grill, cabana and bocce court), a spacious covered garage for my other major investment (my vehicle), and an apparent fitness center that I probably should venture to at some point are also all located at Werthan; making it the perfect Oasis for condo life.

As if I could go on, I must also mention that the location is Prime. Located blocks from the Farmer's Market, Nashville Sounds (Triple A Baseball) Stadium, and hands-down the best restaurants in the city, I can truly say I finally have the Loft I've always wanted! Read More
