Did a walkthrough of a few apartments and from what I've seen they are in pretty good condition. But I want to give these 5 stars specifically for Timishia, one of the leasing agents. I scheduled a tour with her and she showed me two different apartments. She was very informative and was willing to answer all of my questions. I returned later that day letting her know I wanted to apply for an apartment. Even though the office was about to close for the day, she was kind enough to show me a tour... of the apartment they offering me upon request so we toured three apartments altogether that day. When I told her I wasn't satisfied with the apartment they were offering and told her the layout I was specifically looking for, she took it upon herself to find three more apartments that suited my needs, called me back the next day and gave me a tour of each one. I was able to choose the one I wanted and go through with the application process. I got approved and I am now waiting to move in my new place. Timishia was very diligent, kind, and made sure all my needs were met. For anyone looking to move here, Timishia is the girl to consult.

Amenities are not maintained & consistently closed. Office never responds, communication is non existent. Dirty. Unprofessional.

We have a Team of Property Management and Maintenance Professionals that sanitize and open all amenities each morning. Our Fitness Centers, Clubhouses, Pet Parks, Outdoor Fitness Center, Grilling Stations, Basketball Court and Swimming pools are... available for Resident use 10AM-9PM daily. Each Resident is provided a personal FOB to access amenities including our gates. Our Offices are open 10am-6pm Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday and 12pm-5pm on Sunday. All residents have access to their private portals so they can email any member of our Team and can also submit service requests. If you need to have your access FOB or portal reactivated, please feel free to stop by our office at your convenience. We know you have a lot of choices in the Nashville area, thank you for choosing Whetstone Flats as your home.

Exceeds expectations!
When I was looking for apartments several weeks ago I had appointments with 5 places with Whetstone Flats being the first. I toured and was blown away. I went and saw one other and cancelled the rest to come sign here.
I have since moved in this weekend, and I absolutely love the unit I have. Everything from the floors to the kitchen countertops are beautiful and modern. The appliances work well and match the cabinetry perfectly. The staff is also wonderfully friendly and accommodating.... Moving days are always stressful, but I really couldn’t have hoped for my move to Whetstone Flats to have gone any better.
I am excited for my residency here, and I would 100% recommend this community to anyone else who is interested!
