Real Honest Review!!

I really wish they would update the inside of the apartments for the ones that’s been here for years. The new people get to move in get updated paint jobs, floors, blinds and ceiling fans. But the ones that’s been living here don’t get that kind of treatment. Maintenance request need to be completed in a timely matter. The roofs up at hillside is long over due for a replacement it’s yet to be done. Buildings at both locations need pressure washed. I feel like if these things can get took care of… these would be some good apartments to live in.

The New & Improved Royce Garden!!

Currently living here at the hillside location. The new owners have done so much for these properties when they bought these apartments it was so much that needed to be done things that wasn’t fixed in years they are trying there best to fix everything & get things updated.They are in better condition then they ever been. They even replaced the play ground for the kids. The office manager Kelly is the best manager Ever she actually cares about the tenants & the property she tries her best to get… things done couldn’t ask for a better manager.

This property has a terrible cockroach problem!

Stay away from this place - at least for now. Thus far, they will not take care of the cockroach infestation at the property.

Beautiful Property

Last week I got the chance to tour with the manager she was absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful. The service was prompt. I was able to fill out an application on site.
