Amazing Place to call home! What a Jewel!!

I love living at ROHL! Living life at the lake!! Walk to Sam's at Blue Turtle Marina - amazing food!! Love the kitchen in my B1 floor plan - More than apartment living!! Great staff super friendly - neighbors are great!!

Apartment living surprise!

After 20 years of home living I was skeptical and nervous to live in an apartment. Oh and very picky! This property check all the boxes to move in. Then came the true test…I’m happy to report for the last 1 1/2 years it has been great. Stephanie and Ivy are always pleasant and have taken care of the few issues we have had immediately. Keith keep everything working and is always there to help if needed.
The design of the apartments are great and of course the view!!
Look me up when you move in!... Wendy!

Love living here

I love living here! My apartment is beautiful. The summertime is so much fun hanging out at the pool on the lake. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.

Gorgeous lake views every day!

You can’t get tired of that! But with excellent maintenance and management, the lifestyle can’t be beat. We’ve lived here 4 yrs and are still supremely content.

Amazing

This is my fiance' and I first place together. We were undecided on where we wanted to call home. We finally settled here, and super happy that we did. If you're looking for a place to call home, this would definitely be it!!
