Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. All booking guests must be at least 25 years of age, except children accompanied by their parents, and present during the entire stay. Guest acknowledges and understands that they are financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the rental period, including damage done by pets, which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
