The adjacent dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy meals together. Dedicated parking is available for the condominium complex, and no parking pass is required.
This condo places you right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, minutes from Dollywood, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, near golf courses and scenic drives through the Smoky Mountains. Step out onto the spacious private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful golf course views, scenic Smoky Mountain landscapes, and fresh mountain air in a quiet setting. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed. Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Any pets or extra people brought to the condo will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour rounded up every 30 minutes. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside incurs a $500 fee. As you make your way to the condo and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding.
