Do not rent at this property. They completely lack communication between tenants and the rental property. Their cleanliness of common areas are non-existent. Cheap appliances that consistently fail. Our AC has broke three times now and each time they “fix” it, it makes it worse. I highly do not recommend renting from this property.

Great apartment, Bad managment
This place was new when I lived there, I had a few issues such as. When I moved in I was told that the address was in Chattanooga, for the 9 months I lived there, I had many issues with mailing, it was never consistent, lost many orders and had lots of issues, the management wasn't helpful, the post office was more helpful then anything. When I moved out they charged me double than my security deposit, for painting my apartment, when I had a studio, apartment, they have a lack of knowledge of... the apartment complex. overall was okay, but management didn't handle many issues that I had.

Found My Home
I love it here. I have recommended it to several friends. I feel like I have finally found my home in Chattanooga. My neighbors are friendly. I can hear my upstairs neighbors steps but if you live below anyone, that’s normal. There is a train that is close but after the first week, you get used to it. The apartment is so nice. Leasing office is nice to deal with. I don’t foresee myself moving from here unless I am buying my own place. I’ve lived in 4 other apartments in Chatt and this is a... diamond in the rough.

The loudest apartment I've ever lived in
The train that runs by the complex is incredibly loud but at least that's only once or twice a day. However the insulation in between the floors is non-existant because I can hear my upstairs neighbors TV constantly. I can also hear conversations held at a normal speaking level. The worst part is when they walk around, the sound of the ceiling creaking is so loud it wakes me up at night. It's become so intolerable we are already looking for a new place to live, even though we just moved in. If... it was just the messy paint job and spotty electrical from the cheap renovation it would be one thing, but the noise is unlivable. I would recommend a second floor apartment if you're dead set on moving here, and please be kind to the poor souls stuck beneath you.

Do You Like Sleep? - Misleading
The rentals agent, Sara, told me that the train that runs parallel to the property ran during the day between 11 am to 1 pm. Shortly after moving in I discovered that the train actually has a early morning crew that runs between 02:30-06:00 am and the conductor blasts the horn at both crossings. After not being able to sleep for a week, and it effecting my performance at work, I brought this to the property management team's attention. Sara reconfirmed that she did tell me that it did... "primarily" run between 11:30-1 pm, but said that she didn't say it didn't run at other times during the day... I'm not sure that I have ever felt more disrespected by anyone in my life. I asked to be let out of my lease since it was signed under false pretenses, and Rebecca informed me that I would have to wait 60 days and pay fee's for getting out early... There was another issue with being told something that was untrue by Sara, whom eventually claimed she didn't say it. I would record every conversation you have with them, and get everything promised in writing instead of taking their word for it.
