can’t seem to get nothing fixed ever.
i have a list of dates where i have called and even listed it as an emergency for stuff that needs fixed. They say they will send someone to look at it and never show up. my sink has had problems and my ac . My ac was leaking a bunch of water and has currently stopped working i’m on day 3 of calling. Maintenance supposedly lives downstairs but it’s not his main job . I was told he would come by and look at it when he gets off work never shows up.My husband talked to him apparently they never... even called him about it . I’ve been told twice he’s sick everytime i keep calling them with the same thing over and over again they will tell me he’s sick. Its currently 84 degrees in my apartment. Other than that i dont seem to have any other issues. They just will literally not fix anything it seems like. The maintenance guys woman ended up going in the closet to get up this stuff to fix our sink issue it seemed like he refused to fix and told us not to say anything.
