Blakeney Commons Townhomes is an apartment community in Smyrna, TN
Townhome is great, however trash situation still is not handled, dog poop is everywhere still, and there are no amenities for the price they charge.

Beautiful condos, neighbors can be noisy, especially at night (loud music playing outside very late - I bought a sound machine), good response to service requests, nicely maintained propertiy, some neighbors leave trash everywhere but most don’t.

Pleasant work in progress
Upon first moving in, it was empty, then came a surge of tenants to fill. Quality went down but as of recently has gotten much better in the 3 years I have been there. Responsive mgmt, good maintenance. Has become a very safe neighborhood to be in. Great schools just a short walking distance. Best in district I feel. Would definitely recommend to families. Permanently fix garbage area being so dirty if would be 5 starrs
