All rules must be followed of the lease would be nullified forthwith and deposit forfeited. If someone wanted to pay 6 months at a time, I would give $100/month off the lease price. As far as pets, there would be a $250 non-refundable pet deposit and any damage from pets (urine etc) damage beyond that $250 would be liable with the security deposit. To be eligible to rent this home, you need a minimum credit score of 680 and your gross income must be at least 3 times the rent monthly (example, 2000 means your gross has to be at least $7,200 monthly)-this can be close...but we do not want someone to "struggle" to make the rent.
