    Move Here if You Want to Pay Rent to Live on a Drag Strip

    Pre-dawn as well as all hours of the day and night, all we hear are the screaming of revving engines and backfiring exhaust as numerous inconsiderate immature residents gun their engines like race cars accelerating to high speeds in what is supposed to be a parking lot and access/egress entranceway, on the way through the adjacent 20-miles-per-hour residential subdivision. Moreover, the noise occurs incessantly throughout the day, apparent including during business hours— audibly observable to… everyone from several blocks away— even the hard-of-hearing senior citizen in bed without his hearing aid! Thus, despite being fully cognizant of the ongoing deliberately-disruptive behavior, the management of Newport Station purportedly “luxury apartment living” has been entirely dismissive of the recurrent sleep-depriving, nerve-wracking, intrusive noise pollution violations by residents’ vehicles.
