Right by Sanitary Sewer System - The price is outrageous

This property is located downwind of a Sanitary Sewer System. If you like waking up in the morning to the smell of a thousand farts, than this is the place for you. The appliances are cheap, and this is right next to a walmart so enjoy the traffic. This is honestly priced so far above what it should be going for that its laughable. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else.
