Horrible Management

Been in this location for a little over a month. Management promised to change the stove/oven and that still has not been done. Safety is a concern because lights can't be replaced in the walkways when they burn out. Maintenance came in to replace blinds and did not measure appropriately and now the blinds look horrible. Told management that the refrigerator was making horrible noises. Guess what; the refrigerator went out this weekend and no one answered the emergency number when I called… and the voicemail was full. Lost over $50 worth of groceries due to the inability to run this apartment complex like it needs to be. When you call the office number its always busy.

This place tries to talk the good talk, but does not walk the good walk. If I wasn't already under contract I would move out immediately.

I have been a resident at Riatta Ranch for a little over one year. Overall the staff & maintenance workers due an excellent job and are pleasant to communicate with. The property has been under going upgrades since I moved in (ALL positive).

Riatta Ranch is a disgusting place to live in. It may look pretty on the outside, but the inside is rat infested and horsefly infested.

This property has made some serious upgrades in the 10 months that I have lived here. It is a quite and safe place to live, also very close to major stores and excellent school district.
