If I could give this complex a rating lower than 1 star I would. There's a reason they won't let you terminate your lease early even in the event of "death" by the way, because they know how horrible their complex and staff are. "Partly renovated" just means they painted over all the damages including nails and holes from past tenants. If you email them, you're guaranteed to never receive a response and if you call, the staff is usually rude, untrained, and just as confused as you are about... whets going on. Maintenance is a joke. It doesn't matter how much of an emergency your problem is, it will take them months to get to you. Horrible. My previous apartment in this complex had issues the moment I moved in. The night I moved in the tub faucet flew off and cut my food, there is a huge mold probably and all they did is spray it with bleach and paint over it. I moved to a newer unit and it’s infested with roaches and has electric issues upon me first moving in.

Been here for a few years now, have had 5 property managers, an apartment that is sinking and walls cracking. The staff is polite unless you need something, UPS delivers only to the office, and they close before anyone who works can get home. Dog park is underwater and when it’s not there are kids playing in it, empty threats associated with picking up dog poop, and the tenets have grown increasingly apathetic towards cleaning up their own messes. Rules about kids needing a parent to supervise... in areas go unenforced. Vandalism in the laundry area, and dumping from other ppl not living here in the dumpsters. Trash rules that make little sense but no problem in charging for sketchy work completed. Apartments on the end may have light, but middle units are caves, no incentives to stay longer, such as adding fans to rooms, AC that cannot keep up due to walls insulation like a screen door. If you are looking for a cheaper cost of living the location is good, but stay here for a year or more to your own peril. Read More

The over-all experience is okay, the community is quiet and really like the location. Sadly I would have liked to have seen more upgrades in my apt when I moved in. They are now upgrading others at close to $200 more a month as well as non upgraded apt to the same $$.

The Apt is not bad to many expenses for the condition of said Dwelling , should not Have to Pay for Trash Twice when it is possible to Dump it yourself
