Parks at Granite Apartments

For anyone looking to move here, just don't. This place has had so many management companies (can't even count how many we have had). Want to control your a/c? Nah, they will pick when to switch it from heat to cold, by the way they will tell you one date and not even do it. Thank God we didn't have the heat in. We were supposed to have A/C the first of April it is now the middle of May! Black mold is everywhere, pool is never open, none of the amenities are useful. Can't make proper maintenance... inquiries because they switch companies so much they can't even do it properly. I don't mind it smelling loud (like weed) all the time, I also don't recommend even stepping foot in the parking lot. The roof leaks every once in awhile, even some of the walls in our apartment are nailed together. Cops are always here, people don't pick up after their dogs. I get teaching your dogs to stay with you but most of the people here keep their dogs off leash. This place is not family friendly. Appliances within the home what you get for a place so low price. One last thing, if you live on the first floor it's only a matter of time before your pipes burst and you have sewage coming out of your bath tub. I am ready to leave the place.

They don't fix anything, there are bugs and mice in the walls, have had car vandalize and they will not do anything. Had no heat when weather was below freezing they didn't seem to care that my family was freezing. Very trashed out can't use laundry mat on-site because it's gross. Rent increases with anything being fixed.

I tried so many places and none of them would let me bring my dog, the said she was an aggressive breed. Parks at Granite welcomed my dog and even let me bring her into the office to meet them. Come and rent here you won't be disappointed.

This place has changed so much for the better, the grounds look better, the office staff is so much easier to talk to and maintenance is always working so hard. Keep up the great job y'all!

I was extremely pleased by how the new staff treated me during the walkthrough of my unit. The property is very clean and welcoming! I look forward to living at the Parks at Granite.
