Salt Fork Apartments

I’ve been a resident for 4 years.

The apartments are clean and very well maintained. Balcony’s on some 1br are big. Lots of storage space! I like having multiple buildings vs one big unit bc I feel it breaks up nuance apt noises. The neighbors are friendly, no noise complaints, hang outside and a mix of young family’s and single 20-40’s. It is safe! No issues of break-ins or theft and safe to walk at night. It is a pet friendly complex! Yes some poop but friendly dogs! Lots of pet waste... stations.

Mallory and Crystal are fantastic at the front office! They truly care about the community and work with you if there’s an issue. Ray with maintenance also works hard and is very knowledgeable about the property. Maintenance requests get fixed promptly and with a smile! Ground crew, here every week, also do great keeping the landscape clean and rarely do we see scary or dead wildlife.

Parking can be tricky (the garages are worth it!) and some seasons the pigeons are a lot but overall a wonderful, safe community that’s kept up and clean with property managers and maintenance that work with you to help the residents have a stress-free experience! We appreciated the efficient and friendly help Mallory and Mikayla provided in the office. Ray with maintenance also did a great job.
We enjoyed living here. It felt safe and friendly. Loved the high ceilings, and sunlight coming through the many windows. Everything worked well and was well maintained. Would live at Salt Fork again if we returned to Amarillo.

Lived here for a year. 2 bdrm, 2nd floor. Great location and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend.

About a year ago, my wife and I submitted a review regarding the Salt Fork Apartments in Amarillo. Property Manager Mallory, Assistant Property Manager Mikayla and Maintenance Manager Rey are still a 5+ star rating to us as they are very qualified, responsive, proactive, caring and are a credit to the Salt Fork Apartments.
In this review, we wanted to recognize the incredible landscaping crew at Salt Fork. The crew is professional, reliable and always goes the extra mile to provide top-notch... landscaping and they complement the management team immeasurably. Their care with the lawns, fertilization, pruning, clean-up, etc. allows the residents to enjoy a well-maintained landscape without any complications.
Although Amarillo has a variety of seasons, our landscaping looks beautiful year-round. Don’t just take our word for it, come by and check out the Salt Fork Apartments in Amarillo because not only is the management/maintenance team amazing, but the outdoor landscaping space is in good hands and always looks healthy!

If you are in need of an apartment I would highly recommend Salt Fork Apartments. Not only are they nice and well maintained but you also have the option of having a garage. Mallory and Mikayla do an amazing job of managing the property and are very professional and easy to work with. Ray who does an awesome job of maintaining the property. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. I was there 3 years and they were always great to work with if you had any issues.
