The Aspen Apartments

This place is nothing but a disgusting slum. It doesn’t seem like they spray for bugs at all if they did, they might’ve seen the pile of chicken bones and mayonnaise packets that have been in one of the buildings entranceways for months on end.
Absolutely everything to keep her deposit by saying that there was an emergency fee attributed to your account when they had an electrical fire within the walls of their building that force you to move to another unit. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Robyn is great! Very helpful and pleasant. Move in was a breeze. The apartment was ready and clean.

The workers are very nice, always have great attitudes and overall helped us get the apartment we wanted as soon as they could.

Terrible complex all together. They over charge for things you've already paid for, they bother to fix anything if you have something broken, and when they do, its terribly done. I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in, so glad I’m trying to get out of my lease currently.
