The second bedroom offers a queen bed, 42" Smart TV, closet, and shelves. The family bedroom accommodates up to six guests with three full-size beds and a 32" Roku TV. Gather in the inviting living room with seating for 10 and a 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes glassware, plateware, non-stick cookware, a coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, featuring a full-size fridge, microwave, glass-top stove, oven, blender, 12-cup coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and slow cooker. The guest bathroom has a convenient tub-shower combo.
For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, which is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras only, which are motion-activated and record video and audio. Cameras are located on the front porch/entryway, driveway, and backyard, and are outward-facing for safety, security, and enforcement of house rules.
