The inviting living room includes comfy oversized couches, seating for 10, and a 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes glassware, plateware, non-stick cookware, a coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, as well as a full-size fridge, microwave, glass-top stove, oven, blender, 12-cup coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and slow cooker. The shared bathroom has a convenient tub-shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the backyard shed.

The entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday, and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb. A pet fee of $120 per stay per pet is required. There is a maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras only.
