Awful

Such a terrible place. Unresponsive to anyone’s concerns. They just don’t seem to care about their residents. Wish I never rented from them

Scumlords

Totally unresponsive to any issues. Won’t respond to any phone calls or emails with issues. I paid on time every time and when I asked for my security deposit I was ghosted. I moved out a year ago and left the place spotless. When I moved in it took me an entire day of cleaning it as it was filthy on move in. I checked out and gave them my forwarding address. I have been attempting to get my deposit back now for close to a year, without a single response other than they forgot to do a final… check out statement and someone will get back to me. If you value your peace I would stay away from them. Also be prepared for them to not give you your deposit back as they rent to students who don’t understand their rights

Its great

Living at 101 Center has been an amazing experience! The fitness center is top-tier, and the pool is always clean and enjoyable. The clubhouse provides plenty of space, whether you need a place to relax or focus on work. The maintenance team is exceptional—always quick, friendly, and efficient in addressing any concerns.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Zion and Autum, who continuously go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. When I first moved in, I had a couple of… concerns, but they were resolved immediately. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend calling 101 Center home!
