Amazing Complex

Only been here for a short time but so far it has been amazing! The office staff is so helpful and the maintenance staff responds to requests very timely!

No hot water...EVER

I have REPEATED issues with the lack of hot water in my bathrooms. Work order after work order has been submitted since I moved in April 2022. Office states work order completed, I have hot water for a day and then back to BARELY warm. I know I have submitted MULTIPLE work orders FOR THE SAME DANG ISSUE! For the cost of rent (with gas and water added), I should be able to take a HOT shower everyday. This is no exaggeration...the water barely and very rarely gets hot!

i love my apartment i love that the property owners have events for us to win things i won a 49" tv and the maintenance is great their always there this is a great place to live
