Enclave at Arlington. One of the best and low costing apartment complexes in the area. Great energy on game days and a festival like feeling during concerts.

The inside of the units are old and dated; and they continue to increase your rental rate with each lease renewal. It would be nice for them to make improvements without having to ask them. The water is hot and there is not any pest control issues. Pros you are close to I-30, 360, and George Bush Turnpike.

Great place to call home.
I live in an area where there are grocery stores and department stores near by, with in walking distance as well. There are restaurants everywhere around us and Texas Live down the street. We all types of events on a regular basis.

The parking here is horrible. I can't find a parking space unless I park in the visitors parking. There are alot of vehicles in spaces that's not working. The apartment is in a central location if you are new to the state. After my lease is up I plan on finding something more secure and safe for me.

I’ve lived here for more than 10 years and maintenance and upkeep has always been the best. There has always been issues with towing which I don’t think will change, but overall I’ve lived here for so long for a reason.
