Nice, not noisy. But you know living in front of the stadium has its pains. The people are at least friendly. Living next to walmart is very convenient.

Great place to live! Entertainment district is fun and close. Highly recommend if in college or single living. Traffic is not horrible but pay attention to event days. Office always will to work with you if needed, had no issues on my end
