Very disappointed

The community initially seemed like a great fit, but I was disappointed that the pet weight restriction was not laid out before me nor disclosed until after I paid a non-refundable fee. I had specifically discussed my dog beforehand during a virtual tour and was only advised about breed restrictions. Clear and complete disclosure before collecting fees would have made this a much more professional and trustworthy experience.

Great 55+ Community

The Luxe is a great place to live. 55+ ACTIVE Adults enjoy great neighbors, make new friends and enjoy fun activities. Something new every day! Community Manager is caring and helpful to every resident.

Fantastic +55 Apartments

Still growing pains being new but a great place to live. This is the third place in four years that we have lived and is by far the best! Management is the best. Goes over and above our expectations!
