I currently live in these apartments and I must say the office staff Michelle and maintenance man Jimmy are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and non understanding. This place is also no kid friendly so DO NOT move here if you have children. I have lived here about a year and have never been late on any payments but the management here is horrible!!

I lived at Tuscany for 3 years and loved the small, friendly atmosphere. It was clean and although it's older, it was very well kept with new windows and a nice clean pool. I had nice ceramic tile and wood floors so it was very easy to keep clean. The staff is great - my work orders were done sometimes within 2 hours, but definitely by the end of the day - Thanks, Jimmy! I lost my job and had to move with family but, I hope to move back after I get a permanent job. The qualifications are... high and they check everything, but that is a good reason to move here - no creepy looking people. I always felt secure here and I will surely miss it.

I will never return to this property if I can help it. They played games with my application process, saying I would be approved even though my former job didn't transfer from out of state and I had to start two other jobs. I had more than enough funds and I still was not approved with great rental history. I highly dislike this property to the depths of my soul.
