The outdoor space includes picnic area with lounge chairs, hammocks, bbq, fire-pit, ping pong table, yoga and meditation area, and alpacas in the back pasture.
This place is very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for someone who loves the country and wants to get away from traffic noise, yet be close to everything. This Airbnb is rented for $100/night. Will consider short term rental (1-3 months) for $1,200/mo. or a year lease for $800/mo.
Looking for a female tenant. Must have secure funds/income to cover the rent. No smoking! No drugs! LBGTQ friendly. Must be OK around large dogs and alpacas.
