Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and guests must clean up all pet waste. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. A $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing personal items left behind at the property. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
