If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. To keep the home well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, all primary renters must be at least 26 years of age.
