We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone. A pet fee applies, and only adult dogs 18 months or older and weighing less than 35 lbs are allowed. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur may result in a cleaning fee. Guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
