One off-street parking space is available in front of the door. If you plan on bringing a pet, there is a $50 pet fee for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. It is expected that pets will be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when you leave them in the condo. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request.
