Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. Keep in mind that some areas may have permit or time restrictions.
Loud noise should be avoided between 10pm and 8am ($250 fine). Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not allowed inside the home ($250 - $1500 fine), but you can smoke in outdoor areas if you properly discard cigarette butts in a smoking receptacle ($20 fine / littered butt). No confetti or glitter is allowed ($150 - $300 fine). Small pets are allowed, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee is charged for small pets (+$50). Please notify us ahead of time, otherwise the fee applies. No large animals are allowed (German Shepherd / Golden Retriever) ($250 fine). No pets are allowed in pools/hot tubs. If evidence of pets in pools/hot tubs is found, guests will receive a $250 fine.
