*Prices include a meal plan! Our meal plan saves you time and money, and avoids trips to the grocery store.

*Key Features
-Private bedroom with shared bathroom and laundry.
-Shared community kitchen with meal plan.
-Meals included in rent price!
-All residents contribute up to 6 hours per week of shared house chores
-Includes bed, desk, and dresser (optional)
-Open only to full-time students (6 credits or more), recent graduates, or higher education faculty and staff
-We will be open through Thanksgiving and winter break!

What is a Co-op?
A housing co-op is a residence that the tenants manage collectively. Resident members take part in weekly chores and maintenance, which helps keep rent affordable. Members also have a vote in determining house policies.

Why Live in a Co-op?
