Neighborhood is very calm and walkable. Lived here for the past 3 years since management has changed last year they have definitely changed allot of things about the property. I picked this location in particular, given how close it is to my job and school. Walking to get coffee is a big plus for me! There is also local food and thrift shops nearby and you’re just a short drive away from downtown! Since the change in ownership my experience has been very pleasant. I don’t see myself ever... moving. Pricing is perfect, location is awesome, and I haven’t had any maintenance issues at all. Everyone who lives in the neighborhood is super friendly and easy going so there’s never a worry for when I go on walks or runs! It’s close to Tweedys and Hemphill park and right next-door to campus which are big benefits to me. I feel like i scored a good deal. living in the heart of the city for the price I’m paying i feel so lucky!

New management is great - the property is really cute!
Today it is great. Not sure what happened in 2023, but the apartments are cute and perfect for students and a great option for singles and couples looking for a clean place, well-maintained and budget friendly option. Amazing location! Walk to coffee, stores, restaurants and UT.

Run…
The price you're seeing online is not what they're gonna tell you the price actually is. The place has a bad rat problem and they fail to fix any issue within a timely manner. I was displaced from my apartment over 15 days and they did not assist with living accommodations while they took their time. They even lost their key to my unit so I risked my job to be there for repairs, when that should be a property managers responsibility. I can’t give this place less than one star, but I guess the... one star is for a decent location. The owners are irresponsible and just want your money.

A Filthy, Poorly-Managed Dump
Off-site management does not address the rodents in the walls, the overflowing trash, the neglected grounds, or any unsafe conditions reported to her. Emails remain unanswered. Perhaps the owners of the complex should find better personnel to handle their property!
