No Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including couches, chairs, and beds. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
