Paid parking is available in the outdoor lot surrounding the building. You must register your vehicle and pay for it to avoid being towed. The parking lot management is a completely separate company.
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, building, or on any balconies. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are allowed. No outside guests are allowed. Only those added to the reservation are allowed on the property. Quiet Hours are between 9pm and 9am. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Guests agree to pay not less than $1,000 for odor abatement if they smoke in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or if cigarette butts are left on the grounds. If the noise level in the apartment has exceeded 75dB, the company reserves the right to charge the Guest a penalty of up to $1,000 and/or remove the Guest from the Property without a refund. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $50 additional cleaning fee.
