Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and if signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
