A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For parking, there is a single car driveway and plenty of free street parking.

Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Before you leave, please throw trash away and lock up. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
