Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM. If signs of smoking or vaping are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
