It’s also close to major tech campuses such as Apple, Dell, Amazon, and IBM, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Hollow Oak Place is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents, so please be respectful at all times. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and they must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies.
