If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 AM to 10 PM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors.
