Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $50. Parking is available, and guests are not allowed to park in any covered spots, reserved spots, or handicapped spots unless the vehicle has clear and visible legal tags prominently displayed on the dashboard.

Guests staying longer are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Guests who smoke in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or leave cigarette butts on the grounds will be charged $1,000 for odor abatement. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Guests are liable for damages inside the apartment. Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings, including bugs, spiders, flies, and similar, may be present on site or enter the unit. While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
