This is a walk-up building with no elevator access; guests must use stairs to reach the unit. No smoking inside the unit, building, or on any balconies. No pets are allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Only those added to the reservation are allowed on the property. The minimum guest age is 18. Starter toiletries and household supplies are provided for approximately the first seven days of the stay. Guests staying longer are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Self check-in is available with instructions provided after the guest accommodations agreement is signed and online check-in is completed. Due to the natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings may be present. The non-smoking policy includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vape pens, with a $1,000 fee for odor abatement if violated. Noise disruptions between 9 pm and 9 am may incur a $200 fee, with possible removal from the property. Excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee.
