Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings, including bugs, spiders, flies, and similar, may be present on site or enter the unit. While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
