Guests must complete the Guest Accommodations Agreement and ID verification to receive check-in instructions. Failure to do so will result in no refund. There is a $200 fine for noise disruptions during quiet hours (9 pm to 9 am), with possible removal from the property. Smoking in any part of the property will incur a $1,000 fine for deep cleaning and odor abatement. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings may be present on site or enter the unit.
