Nice building and area but management needs improvement

The good: Safe area. Nice new apts and energy efficient. Have not heard of any car break ins. Spray for pests. Haven't had any issues with bugs. They do have activities, but not all that are listed here. The bad: Neighbors can be inconsiderate with noise and dogs. Property management does not enforce policies and ignores complaints. Disappointing to see badly stained carpets in a new building. Family advocacy is critical as staff don't seem trained to recognize signs of health issues in seniors... or when to contact family or emergency services.

New, great location

very few 55+ apartments in NW Austin. Brand new, easy to tour, nice staff. Quiet and friendly.
HEB, food, bank, etc. around the corner. I looked at a lot of 55+ places north. I liked this one
