I’ve been here for a while, and it’s a pretty decent place overall. The rent is reasonable, and when I’ve had maintenance issues, they do their best to address them quickly. It’s not perfect there are a few quirks but it’s been a pretty solid fit for me.

It is quiet at times and at 75% of the time which is good it is not a bad place to live in fact it is pretty cool and very honorable to all the people who live here.

This is not a good, safe, or healthy place to live. There are rats, roaches, my car was stolen, homeless people hanging out, crack heads running around, my neighbors smoke weed and drink beer all day and night right outside, people do burn outs in the parking lot at all hours of the night, there is always loud music playing, no responds when I have emergency situations, it takes over a week for my emails to be responded to if they are even responded to. I can't wait to leave. I lived in this... apartment complex for 8 years. I had 0 issues. I left for one year and then returned, this time around has been a terrible experience. I will never come back.
