Even though Cascades at Onion Creek is right off I35, it’s super quiet and peaceful! The front office staff is nice and responsive when it comes to my needs for my unit. The floor plans are super spacious and they even lowered our rent right before moving in. They are partnered with flex pay and that was a huge factor with choosing where we lived to make it easier on us with paying rent.

A great place to call home!

The community is peaceful and located in a quiet neighborhood, The apartments are spacious, stylish and modern with nice amenities. OJ has done an awesome job with my maintenance requests. Mariel made the application and move process quick and easy! Overall, I have enjoyed living here!

Loved my tour!

Emilio proved to be an impressive leasing guide! He was friendly, helpful and easy going! He was also great with and each question I had, especially given the fact I wanted to tour multiple layouts! I greatly appreciate his patience, effort and professionalism. Very welcoming ambiance and experience overall.

'-Loud neighbors next door and upstairs (3rd floor) past 10 pm, (slamming doors extremely loudly and violently)
-neighbors smoking weed (first floor) you can smell it in the whole building 9.
