Cortland Bluff Springs Apartments

The apartment complex is in a good location with easy access to IH35. Lots of shopping, eateries, convenient stores, medical centers and an HEB grocery store a couple blocks away. I moved here when it first opened in 2016 and have enjoyed living here.

The management and staff is very helpful and available for assistance. Viridiana, the Community Manager, is incredible and always helped me when need. The maintenance team is always efficient, maintains a beautiful property and kind as well.

The... property has many amenities -- 24 hour gym, package lockers, gorgeous sparking olympic size pool, outside grills, dog park and a community center.

The main concern at this complex is parking. Finding a parking spot is difficult if you work late nights. You have to park in the dog park down the hill by IH35 and walk to the complex. Best to get home by 10pm to get a parking spot. They do offer car garages or carports for an additional fee. With the rent increases, it can be hard to afford a paid spot, but an option if it is in your budget.

Not happy at this apartment, the management team and administrators aren’t helpful.

En lo personal a modo general me siento satisfecho con el servicio que se me presta como inquilino y satisfecho con sus instalaciones.

There is very little insulation between apartments resulting every noise being transferred. Nonresidents fill the parking lot and litter is consistently present.

I’ve lived at these apartments for almost a year and I’ve loved it! There’s 2 dog yards that are perfect for my pups. The pool is immaculate with a grill that’s there for open use. I live in the first floor WITH a yard and that’s a huge win for me. There’s a huge open courtyard for the kiddos to run around with multiple grilling areas around. My most favorite thing though, there is a garden with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and squash. Omg, we had Okra for a season. And there’s rosemary bush.... I’m just overall happy with the amenities.
Location- 2 ways to get I. And out of the complex is a win for me. They’re located so close to southpark meadows but right off of I35 which is a win for multiple reasons. There’s a family friendly brewery with delicious food within walking distance.
Now to move in to management- phenomenal. They answer your requests same day. They’re extremely helpful in the office. Miriam showed us around and got us hooked. She’s wonderful!
