Hello, I stayed at EUP for over a year since I was stuck on my lease. Apartment 123 and 116A.

Buildings are very old so you can expect problems with clogging, leaks, and bugs/roaches.

I suffered multiple rats encounters. I was living between rat traps because management did not give me any other solution.

I got two bikes stolen from the place and no answer from management.

Very very disappointed. Do not make the same mistake that I did because you may be tempted during a visit.

Looking for endless/unwanted surprises? Look no further. I've lived in Portland for years, LA , Alaska, and Austin, this place takes the cake for the most horrendous place I've ever rented. From a drug bust to my ceiling partially collapsing, my 3 months at EUP has been so eventful ! That's right, one day a drug bust involving the DEA, FBI and APD (that hoa tried to cover up and admitted this is a REOCCURRING issue- I have video proof of them saying this to an officer). Another day, my ceiling... partially collapsing and severe leaks in every room except the kitchen that left my carpets soaked, property damaged and safety at risk. Then the ever so incompetent Lori, your "lovely" hoa employee, being well- incompetent to say the very least. Additionally, roaches are a huge problem, water pressure and heat are practically nonexistent, just all around a trashy place literally and figuratively. I just moved out of there I my advise would be don´t ever go. It´s an old bulding, too old that I you live on the ground floor You can´t sleep if there´s people walking upstairs. The people that works there are very nice but if they do something wrong you pay for it. I tried to pay the rent the 1st of september but they were charging me the electricity bill for a period previous to my moving date so I sent them an email, they told me that they were going to fix it and they did so I paid the 4th.... ..and here comes the funny part: I didn´t pay before the 3rd so I had to pay a $50 fine even being their´s fault!! I tried to explain them but they said that that what my lease said...So my advice would be, don´t ever move there! Read More
