A major let-down

I am in disbelief of this place’s management and I’m very disappointed! I called early this morning asking if they still had a unit available and was told they did but I needed to fill out an application within 48 hours. Scheduled a time to come tour today, and my roommate and I filled out applications out as soon as I got off the phone. Once we showed up, we were told that unit was leased out 4 hours prior, they don’t have anything else available, and don’t even know when they would. I was… shocked at the unprofessionalism of management to neglect to at least call me before we drove half an hour to come for a tour. Susan was very nice about the news but I still don’t understand why she couldn’t at the very least give me a call to let me know their only available unit was gone.

Damaged buildings and no water

These buildings are very old and were extremely damaged by the recent freeze. Most buildings have been without water for 10 days now, and the office staff won't answer their phone to give any kind of update.Communication overall has been poor from the office staff. There are many better options in the area.

What a hidden gem!

Evolve is super quiet and clean, and I'm so glad I chose to live here. A+

Pros:

• Perfect location
• Plenty of parking
• Spacious floor plans

• Super quick maintenance requests
• Lovely sounds of birds each morning

Great apartment and location

I enjoyed this apartment complex for the year I was here (moved due to work being further away) and had no issues (if any, they were solved within 1 day). The management and maintenance are nice along with the pool and jacuzzi. The location is also great since you're near everything or it's a short drive there!
