Do NOT waste your time here

First off, it took me over a month to get the paperwork done to be approved for the apartment. Anytime I sent paperwork it took over a week and several phone calls to get anything done. They initially had over-estimated my income by almost 10k. Now I understand that the complex is under construction, but if you are on the waiting list good luck on getting a call back regarding actually moving. I’ve left voicemails and emails that never get responded to. The voicemail they haven’t changed since… last year, stating the complex would be opening in the fall. I decided today to stop by the office, no one there, no one answering the phone, but i did see someone leave the office as I was leaving the apartment complex. This seems like a good indicator that the problems once you live here will be even worse. Don’t waste your time here.

Thank you for your understanding during our construction phase… . We hope that you may give our community a second look!
