These guys do a great job (and it's a big property), but also specifically wanted to say thanks to David for locating the front wheel to my bike! I'd inadvertently left it out of my car when heading out. David came across it, determined that it was mine, and returned it to my apartment!

Wouldn’t Make This Place a First Choice
Pros: You’re in Westlake. It’s pretty, pool is nice, gym is good for what it is, and it’s relatively quiet, maintenance is decent and punctual at getting things fixed.
Cons: management accidentally assigned a private car port spot to me that was already taken which resulted in having the other persons vehicle towed, management kept 90% of my deposit due to “cobwebs” after move out and little issues that were already there during my move in, assistant manager is a bit condescending, no elevators... so you’re walking up stairs (if that’s important to you), the gate has been broken a few times which has been a safety issue, tenants have expressed concerns of theft.
Summary: For the price tag I would choose another place to live. From day one, I’ve seen some red flags but I already signed my lease. No place is perfect but I’ve seen or had enough issues here (mostly administrative) to not recommend anyone live here. It’s okay if you’re looking to live in the area specifically but I wouldn’t make this my first choice.

Home in the hills
I moved to Nalle Woods during the polar vortex of '21. As a long-term resident I can share that I value the kindness of the current staff. As a business owner myself, I appreciate when someone helps because the want to and not because they have to. David, Rebelio, Wo, Josh and Lindsay always have a welcoming smile. As a single person, workaholic, full-time psychology major I know the importance of a safe home base. My dogs and I love it here! Bonus: I finally found the time to plant tomatoes,... peppers, cilantro and basil in the community garden. It's lovely to see the couples with their newborns and other neighbors meet up to see how things are growing. Don't let the construction on 360 scare you off. It will be done soon enough. I moved to Austin in '04. I've lived and worked throughout the city. This is the most beautiful corridor I've found.

Management has improved
When I moved into the property management was horrible but they to be really working on improving the management team. Josh and Lindsay have been great so far!
The property has good features and I have enjoyed living here.
